Can I personalise any product?
Absolutely! Every single product in our store can be personalised. You can add a name, date, special message, logo, or even a photo depending on the product. Simply leave your personalisation details in the notes section at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest. ✨
How do I add my personalisation details?
It's easy! When placing your order, you'll find a notes or order instructions field at checkout. Simply type in your personalisation request — for example, the name, text, or description of the image you'd like. For photo personalisation, you can email us your image after placing your order.
What if I make a mistake in my personalisation details?
Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as our products are made to order and we begin production quickly. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at our contact page and we'll do our best to make changes before production begins.
How long does production take?
As all our products are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.) production times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated!
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Because our products are custom-made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority. 💛
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we love working on bulk and corporate orders! Whether it's branded merchandise, employee gifts, event favours, or wedding gifts, we can accommodate large quantities. Please contact us before placing a bulk order so we can discuss pricing, timelines, and customisation options.

We use a range of high-quality materials including natural wood, slate, stainless steel, genuine leather, bamboo, and premium fabrics. Each product listing specifies the materials used. All our engraving and personalisation is done with precision laser engraving for a lasting, professional finish.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide and internationally! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. International delivery times may vary. We run promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye out for free shipping deals. 🌏
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is produced and dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders can take 7–16 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
